Meet Sarah and Dave (and Cam).

They make ornaments out of high-temperature pure white porcelain that all come with a no-fade guarantee, just in case.

But why ornaments?

Because everybody needs to smile. Sarah and Dave believe that people deserve to receive something personal. Custom-designed products should be within reach of everyday people, and engineered to last a lifetime.

The husband and wife team started Made Simple Designs in 2022 in Kalamazoo, MI. They wanted to build a business together they could be proud of. They wanted to be a part of people's lives without being the focus. They wanted to bring joy and happiness to millions of people, year after year, decade after decade.

So, under the direction of a Master Printer, they opened Made Simple Designs. The couple ran full-tilt their first holiday season. They handcrafted personalized ornaments to the tune of 1000s, 7 days a week.

Let me tell you how Made Simple Designs ornaments are different.

Made Simple Design’s ornaments contain a special type of clay called kaolin. Kaolin is best known for its pure white color and fine particle size. Unlike other ceramics, Made Simple Design fires their porcelain ornaments to over 2,192ºF .  This increases hardness and durability.

The key to their print quality lies in the use of sublimation ink. This ink is not like normal printer ink. Precise heat and pressure cause the ink to penetrate the surface of the porcelain. This forms a permanent bond with porcelain. The process creates a sharp, vibrant, and durable finish.

The colors will not fade, smudge, or smear.
